Liverpool John Lennon Airport has signed deals with independent football channels, The Redmen TV and Toffee TV.
It will see the airport take up content and advertising opportunities with both the Red and Blue halves of the city.
“We are delighted to be partnering up with both Toffee TV and The Redmen TV ahead of next season,” said Tom Woods, Digital Marketing Executive at Liverpool John Lennon Airport.
“Both channels have a large and loyal following, some of whom will use Liverpool John Lennon Airport already, and some we hope to see flying to and from the airport in the near future.
“Not only is it great to team up with two brands who represent a part of the City Region’s DNA, but all three organisations are based here in Speke, with local businesses all helping to support each other, which is something we are big advocates of.”

The airport said that their strong fanbase in the North West, Wales, Ireland and Northern Ireland would help them raise awareness about the destinations served from the airport.
“We’re absolutely delighted to be able to announce our partnership with Liverpool John Lennon Airport. Redmen TV has always been about sharing our love for the Reds, connecting with the club’s incredible global fanbase, and showcasing our wonderful city, so this is a perfect match,” said Paul Machin, The Redmen TV Founder.
“We can’t wait to develop our relationship with LJLA this coming season as we all enjoy watching the Champions at home and abroad!”
Toffee TV Co-founder Barry Cass added:
“We are delighted to be working so closely, and in partnership with Liverpool John Lennon Airport.
“We are also excited with our plans to develop the relationship as we both continue to deliver world-class service to our customers and continue to be amongst the fastest growing in our sectors”.
LJLA has already previously signed local sports deals with St Helens RFC and The New Saints FC.
