Marketing analytics company Zuko has launched a new form-building product with the goal of improving customer experience and maximizing the number of people successfully completing forms.
The new product, Zuko Form Builder, complements the company’s existing Zuko Form Analytics tool which has been tracking and optimizing digital forms for a decade. It incorporates design patterns that have been validated based on behavioural data from thousands of forms and is positioned as the form builder that delivers the best customer experience to increase conversion rates.
The product includes features such as inline validation, mobile responsiveness, multi-step forms and the ability to export submissions into CRM systems.
Zuko MD Alun Lucas said: “We’re delighted to launch our new form builder product. We’ve spent a lot of time studying the data to understand how users behave on forms and what works best. We’re excited to have used this learning to create forms that have a great user experience, particularly as we know this will maximize the number of people successfully completing them.”
Manchester-based Zuko, was established as Formisimo in 2014 and has been backed by a number of venture capital and angel investors including the North West Fund, Creative England, Seedcamp and Publicis
