Leeds-based communications agency, Boutique, has marked the start of 2015 with three new recruits across its online and offline teams.
The expansion coincides with the company’s confirmation that it has been appointed to Costcutter Supermarkets Group and Coral Windows & Conservatories, among other recent client wins.
Alex Clarkson from Principles Agency as client services director. Clarkson previously worked across a range of integrated clients, predominantly in the tourism, health and retail sectors, and will play a key role in developing full-service communications strategies for new and existing clients.
James Wood, formerly of MediaCom in Manchester moves into the newly created role of head of digital delivery. Having worked on big brands including Hillary’s Blinds, DFS and Dreams, as well as travel, ecommerce and finance clients, Wood will be managing the digital team as it continues to expand its client portfolio. Also new to the agency is Jamie Richards who has joined as SEO executive to provide digital support across the board.
Nurtured from humble beginnings in the late 1980’s, Boutique claims to be the antithesis of its corporate-centric counterparts and has a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships.
Digital director of Boutique, Elliot Jones said of the appointments, “We’ve been experiencing an exciting level of growth in the last year with some big name wins, so it’s a great time for us to add to the team. Alex, James and Jamie are testament to our recruitment process in that we only employ the most enthusiastic and creative minds. They’re quickly settling in and are very welcome additions to the office.”
