Digital agency Tangent has been appointed digital UX design partner by The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association.

The charity is keen to improve the digital experience for users across its services and products by “enhancing the customer journey” for everyone from donors to volunteers.

The two-year initial partnership will see Tangent work across user experience design, conversion rate optimisation and digital product strategy to deliver an improved online experience for the charity. Tangent will provide support to deliver a range of new digital products as well as optimise existing features.

Following recent experience in the third sector through its work with stillbirth and premature birth charity Tommy’s, Tangent is well-placed to offer design and strategy services that deliver impact and value for charities.

Marie Orpen, chief digital officer at Guide Dogs said: “We’re looking forward to working with Tangent as our new digital partner to provide an elevated experience for all users visiting our site.”

Nadine Clarke, product experience partner at Tangent added: “We’re confident that our work will result in an enhanced experience and increased value for the charity.”

Tangent is an independent digital customer experience agency with UK hubs in London and Newcastle. Its clients include Sky, Amazon and Reed.
