Specialist property agency iWorx has been acquired by Leeds-based creative agency DS.Emotion.
Victoria Russell, iWorx owner, will be staying with the business to help with its move into the Manchester market.
iWorx’s clients included the likes of Property Alliance Group and Knight Frank.
DS.Emotion, which is led by directors Angus Armitage and Matthew Button, has opened a new office at Chancery Place in Manchester to add to its existing bases in Leeds and London.
It is already active in the property sector, working with the Toronto Square scheme in Leeds and Land Securities’ Trinity Leeds shopping centre.
Button said: “We are delighted with the response the early announcement has generated from the property sector in Manchester with a number of new regional accounts starting with the opening of the office.”
