Debenhams Group, the online retail powerhouse behind brands including Debenhams, boohoo, boohooMAN, Karen Millen, and PrettyLittleThing, is enhancing its delivery service through a new partnership with InPost, a leading provider of parcel lockers and delivery solutions.
The partnership will significantly expand delivery options for customers across the UK, who will now benefit from access to InPost’s extensive network of 10,000 lockers and 6,000 parcel shops nationwide. The move is part of the group’s ongoing commitment to making online shopping more convenient and flexible as it rolls out its successful marketplace model.
Shoppers can now choose delivery times and pick-up locations that suit their schedules, offering a seamless alternative to traditional home delivery.
The integration of InPost into the Debenhams Group platform was completed in record time, enabling swift rollout across key group brands. InPost is now live as a primary delivery option on Debenhams-owned brands, including Dorothy Perkins, Coast and Warehouse, as well as on boohoo and Nasty Gal.
Early results have been promising. Since launching the InPost delivery option at the end of May, thousands of customers have already selected it as their preferred delivery method, underscoring the growing demand for flexible out-of-home delivery solutions.

Debenhams Group also plans to implement a next-day delivery option in the future, to support customers with their last-minute purchases and time-sensitive orders. InPost will also be live across the Group’s other brands – boohooMAN, Karen Millen and PrettyLittleThing later this year.
Dan Finley, chief executive officer Debenhams Group, commented: “We know that customers are looking for more choice and convenience. Plans often change, so shoppers need flexible delivery options that can fit easily into their everyday lives and schedules. By adding InPost to our delivery options, we’re giving customers even more control over when and where they pick up their orders, making it even easier for them to access the brands they love across Debenhams Group.”
Neil Kuschel, chief executive officer of InPost UK, added: “Partnering with Debenhams Group is another exciting step in our mission to make deliveries work better for consumers and retailers alike. With consumers increasingly demanding fast, convenient and reliable ways to shop online, InPost provides a scalable solution that meets those expectations. It’s been fantastic to see such strong early adoption across the Debenhams Group brands and to work at pace together to deliver a seamless experience for shoppers nationwide.”
Debenhams Group has also partnered with InPost on a nationwide multi-channel advertising campaign, including an installation at Piccadilly Lights in Central London.
