Radio X has unveiled a brand-new pop-up station entirely dedicated to Oasis – just in time for the long-awaited reunion of Britpop’s most iconic band.
‘Radio X Oasis’ went live today and promises to soundtrack the summer for fans across the globe, delivering wall-to-wall bangers, rarities, and exclusive archive interviews. The station is available now via DAB digital radio, the Global Player app and smart speaker.
The launch follows last year’s bombshell reunion announcement from the Gallagher brothers – with Oasis Live ’25 Tour marking their first shows together in 16 years. The world tour will take in 41 dates across the UK, Ireland, North America, Asia, Australia and South America.

Matt Deverson, Managing Editor of Radio X, said: “Launching Radio X Oasis feels like the ultimate way to celebrate this unforgettable chapter in music history. There’s no band like Oasis, and no audience more passionate – in the words of the band themselves: ‘the guns have fallen silent. The stars have aligned. The wait is over.’”
“Now we’re thrilled to bring this moment to life for our listeners with a dedicated radio station. It’s just rock’n’roll.”
The news comes as Global’s portfolio celebrates 5.2% year-on-year growth in the latest RAJAR figures, released today. Global brands reached 27.6 million weekly listeners and a record 27.3% listening share.
Fans can expect a deep dive into Oasis’ legendary back catalogue – from Slide Away and Live Forever to live sessions and B-sides, plus fan-picked setlists, curated chill-out hours, 90s specials and exclusive archive chats with Liam, Noel and the band.
Last month, Live Forever was voted the greatest British song of all time in Radio X’s 10th annual Best of British poll – with four more Oasis tracks making the top 10. Definitely maybe one of the most enduring fanbases in music?
Radio X Oasis is streaming now across the UK.
