PPS Print Communications in Manchester has been acquired by Callprint for an undisclosed sum.

Based on Deansgate in the city centre, it will now be rebranded as a Callprint operation.

“Staff currently employed at PPS and will continue to run and service its client base with no disruption or immediate change to the service,” read a statement on its website.

“The Callprint Group, is a family run business that has been trading for 25 years, offering a large range of services from traditional print, wide format/exhibition signage through to the latest 3D technology.”

It marks Callprint’s first office in Manchester, although managing director, Steve Cheek admitted that they had been eyeing expansion into the city for some time.

Callprint is continuing to grow and this new location gives us increased coverage across the UK as well as introducing our services and products to the Manchester region,” he said.

The firm has 20 locations across the world, including Dubai and Chennai.

PPS offered booklet, stationery and exhibition panel printing, which it will continue to do while the changeover takes place.
