Catherine Martin
Catherine Martin has been appointed editor of Sleeper Magazine and is currently leading a redesign and re-brand of Sleeper and its website.
The Stockport-based international magazine for hotel design, development and architecture promoted Martin from her previous position of deputy editor at the publication where she has progressed through the ranks since starting as an editorial assistant.
Sleeper, with its circulation of 11,473 in print and more than 12,000 unique visitors a month online, claims to be the only media brand to reach all the individuals and disciplines throughout the supply chain involved in the delivery of new hotel projects worldwide.
Martin is involved in every aspect of planning, writing and designing the magazine and its affiliated website, as well as supporting Sleeper’s events including Sleepover, the European Hotel Design Awards, and the recently announced Asia Hotel Design Awards.
Her role has taken her to development hotspots as well as off the beaten track to review the most exciting hotels worldwide and interview those who designed them.
Sleeper is one of the publications from Mondiale Publishing Ltd which was established in 1984 and publishes international business to business magazines and websites that range across the hospitality, entertainment technology and architectural markets.
