Lancashire’s Limitless has won a competitive tender process to deliver strategic communications support for Preston City Council’s £20.9m Town Deal.
The city was awarded the money through the government’s £3.6bn Towns Fund to “level up” towns and cities across the country.
In Preston this has kickstarted the £200m Harris Quarter Towns Fund Investment Programme and Animate, a £45m leisure and entertainment complex.
The 3 year contract will see the agency work across at least 6 projects to increase awareness of the investment programme and highlight the city’s 15-year vision.
“As someone who came to the City to study and is now an adopted Prestonian, I’m incredibly proud that we’ve been given the opportunity to tell Preston’s story, showcase its ambitions and herald its future,” said Limitless Director Michael Gregory.

Limitless, which is based in Blackburn, opened a Preston office late last year. The agency said it was planning to open 2 more sites in the North West before looking at expansion into the North East and Yorkshire.
