Silver Mushroom, a luxury retailer based not far from Chorley, has appointed Full Volume to handle its PR activity.

The shop, which stocks a range of high-quality homeware items, hired Full Volume - the Manchester-based lifestyle PR agency - after a competitive pitch. The agency will be responsible for a programme of activity establishing brand awareness for Silver Mushroom, and positioning its products within the luxury space.

It has also been tasked with communicating Silver Mushroom's key brand messages of sustainability, eco-friendliness and buying less, but better; and building the profile of the team behind the brand - sisters Rebecca Kane and Emmie Brookman (pictured).

Full Volume's strategy will include product-led media relations, content creation, a press office, and influencer outreach and engagement.

Silver Mushroom founder, Rebecca Kane, said: “We knew immediately Full Volume was the right fit for us - the team is so enthusiastic, full of ideas and really understands our brand. We're looking forward to working with them over the coming months and building a long-term partnership.”

Caroline Eardley, Managing Partner of Full Volume, added: ”Silver Mushroom offers beautiful, carefully selected homeware items that bring style and joy to any home. We've really bought into the brand's ethos of only surrounding yourself with items you truly love, and are delighted to be working with such a fab client to communicate this message and drive awareness of Silver Mushroom's product offering.

"This win really plays to the team's strengths in product placement and media relations and we're thrilled to be on board."
