PR agency Intro has built space in its new office for exhibitions and pop-up shops.
Having moved into a 3-storey building next to Carlisle cathedral, in the centre of the city, it has set aside the ground floor for local companies.
“We hope our HQ will bring more creative energy to the area and it certainly seems to have worked for the first weekend of the pop-up which had people queuing outside to get in,” explained Director, Helen Statham.
“It’s a way for us to make the most of the space in our building while we’re still working at home a lot of the time and anyone booking the space can also come to us if they need PR or social media support.”
The agency announced its arrival by printing a newspaper and distributing it free to businesses, local councillors and Christmas shoppers.
Intro said it’s hoping to have a different shop or exhibition on the ground floor of the offices for one week each month.
The firm was founded in 2018 by former CN Group colleagues Statham and Nick Turner. It now employs 9 staff.
