Leeds-headquartered Communisis has appointed Helen Keays to its board as a non-executive director.
Keays, a management consultant, is currently a non-executive director of Majestic Wine and Domino’s Pizza Group.
She’s previously been a non-executive director at Mattioli Woods, Britannia Building Society and Chrysalis, and was formerly marketing director at Sears Financial Services.
