Manchester based agency CTI Digital has appointed a new head of marketing.

James Wilkinson, 26, joins the company after four years at Livelink New Media where he was instrumental in growing the marketing team from one employee to a team of six.

CEO of CTI Digital, Nick Rhind said Wilkinson would help the company grow.

“As we take on ever more complex projects and assist clients with every aspect of their business, we need people like James on board.”

Wilkinson’s experience covers both B2B and consumer multi-channel marketing campaigns, including automated marketing and revenue generation campaigns for brands such as Manchester United Soccer Schools, Nike and Beaverbrooks.

A 2010 graduate from the Manchester Metropolitan University Business School, he has received recognition for his work, winning three awards at the Construction Marketing Awards for a multi-channel campaign for Elliott Modular Buildings in 2012 and most recently receiving a nomination for a CIM Excellence Award as a result of his work for Manchester United Soccer Schools.

He said: “I have big ambitions for CTI. I want to build a team that is able to help drive current customers’ revenues through relevant marketing, using multi-channel campaigns and a truly segmented approach.”
