Famous for simplifying beauty having created a loyal community of brand advocates, REFY Beauty has been on a charge since it was launched by model, influencer and now entrepreneur Jess Hunt in 2020.
Now, as the much-loved beauty brand focuses on its international expansion plan, REFY has turned to a fellow Manchester company on a similar growth journey, agency Vagabond, to manage its performance marketing.
While REFY has been busy scaling in the beauty world, Vagabond has been following suit in the marketing world. The agency, founded by TJ Lee, has had a phenomenal rise since it also launched in 2020, managing performance marketing for a host of household names including allbeauty, Mazuma and Fragrance Direct and now has a 33 strong team of digital marketing experts at its Manchester HQ.
Impressed by Vagabond’s IP, sector knowledge and experience scaling in global markets, REFY Beauty appointed Vagabond following a competitive pitch. Vagabond will be REFY’s PPC partner across its product and brand portfolio in all territories as the business focusses on international expansion.

REFY Beauty co-founder Hunt first rose to Instagram fame thanks to her distinctive style, flawless makeup application, and impeccable eyebrows that set the standard for beauty enthusiasts everywhere. Her knack for creating flawless, everyday looks with a touch of glam quickly amassed her a loyal following.
She launched REFY Beauty, alongside co-founder, entrepreneur Jenna Meek, with a mission to redefine beauty standards and create products that enhance natural beauty. Perhaps predictably, the duo debuted with a focus on brows but the REFY porfolio now includes a wide range of make up and beauty products.
Vagabond Digital has previously worked across a number of beauty brands including Marc Jacobs, L’Oreal and Zooki.
