Tunbridge Wells Borough Council appoints Manchester agency

KMS Media has won a competitive pitch to deliver media planning and buying for Tunbridge Wells Borough Council.

The Manchester agency will work with the council to promote a variety of cultural activities across local venues.

“The agency won the tender against strong national competition by demonstrating a real commitment and ability to deliver a range of relevant print, outdoor and digital options whilst making the budget work hard for maximum impact,” said Caroline Winter; Producer at the Assembly Hall Theatre.

It’s the latest win for KMS, which is also handling media and buying for NHS East Sussex and Greater Manchester Health and Social Care Partnership.

“Winning this account gives credit to the team’s creativity, commitment and enterprise, whilst also showing that there is still necessity for specialist, independent agencies within a market dominated by heavyweight corporations,” added Director Karen Young.
