Huddersfield-based PR & Marketing communications agency KC Communications has promoted Account Manager Laura Batchelor to Client Services Director.
The agency is restructuring as it aims to double turnover by 2020. Batchelor’s increased remit will see her assume responsibility for managing the client services department, supporting the ongoing development of the business.
She has 15 years’ agency experience working on accounts such as Asda, Sheards Accountancy and insolvency specialists Poppleton and Appleby.
Batchelor saiid: “I am eager to support the team in their development here at KC Communications. We are truly committed to supporting the people and clients who contribute to the business and my role will focus on that.
“Our success with new client wins and maintaining current clients is down to the amazing team’s ability to service their clients’ and respond to their needs.”
