Manchester-based technology recruitment specialist Venturi has been acquired by international professional services firm Org Group, as the global company expands its footprint in Europe and the US.
Venturi, which also has offices in New York and Düsseldorf, will become part of Org Group’s growing portfolio, which includes talent services firm Morgan McKinley, business process company Abtran, and consultancy Org Advisory.
The deal gives Org Group a stronger presence in the fast-moving digital talent space, particularly in the UK, Germany and the United States – three key markets for technology-led growth.
Venturi, founded in Manchester by Managing Director Brad Lamb, connects skilled professionals with roles in data, software engineering, ERP and CRM. The company works with a range of high-growth businesses across tech consulting, fintech and e-commerce.
“Venturi has a leading presence in key technology sectors,” said Org Group CEO Seb O’Connell, pictured. “This strategic combination of our companies will add further value and scale to our offering and capabilities.”
Brad Lamb and the Venturi leadership team will remain in place following the acquisition.
Lamb described the move as a “new chapter of growth and innovation” for the business: “This partnership represents a powerful alignment of shared values and ambition. Together, we are uniquely positioned to unlock new opportunities for talented people and industry-leading clients.”
Headquartered in Ireland, Org Group employs more than 3,000 people across 10 countries. The company specialises in digital transformation, workforce enablement and organisational design – all areas expected to benefit from the addition of Venturi’s expertise.
