Manchester crisis communications and reputation and management specialist Carla Speight has launched a new AI-powered app she claims will “empower users with the skills and knowledge they need to harness the power of PR, whilst making it affordable and accessible for all.”
The PR Mastery App is designed to help small businesses and startups around the world achieve business growth using the press and media without spending thousands on agency fees. It levels the playing field and empowers entrepreneurs to grow their brands.
The toolkit features an AI-driven, deep tech press release writer, and is available now with a free seven-day trial. It supports users throughout every step of the PR process, from finding their dream journalist through to the perfect pitch. It also helps inspire strong story curation and automates media outreach, and starts from £20 per month.
The app was first conceived during the pandemic, when Speight started to offer consultancy sessions with small businesses, partnering with the Enterprising You program, run by the Growth Company in Manchester, who offered a range of small businesses and startups access to her consultancy for free. During these sessions, she realised that she was sharing the same information with every client and turned to technology to help.
Speight, whose celebrity clients have included Green Day, Run DMC, Robbie Williams, Jason Manford, Frank Skinner and many more, explained: “By putting my skills and experience into an app format, I was able to make PR more affordable. The courses on the original app did quite well, and I decided to go further in creating an AI-driven tool kit that is packed with everything I know to help users do everything a PR professional does.
