Manchester based live events and creative communications agency Clear, has announced the completion of a strategic management buy-out (MBO) by its senior leadership team.
Under the terms of the MBO, MD Caroline Moran, production director, Mark Philbin and creative director, Phil Chamberlain have acquired the company from its previous owners, signalling their commitment to the agency’s vision and values.
This transition ensures the continuation of Clear’s legacy of creativity and client-focussed service and marks a significant milestone in the company’s journey, positioning it for future growth and enhanced service offerings.
