The creative director and co-founder of Madhouse Associations, Phil Rogerson, has taken up a new role of elected council member to the Greater Manchester Chamber Council.
The Chamber Council sits at the heart of the Chamber’s policy work under its ‘Action For Business’ theme and the three-year role will see Phil work to identify and research priority issues that will impact businesses in Greater Manchester.
Director of Policy & Communications at GMCC Chris Fletcher, said: “Phil’s impressive 20-year background and expertise within the marketing industry will prove an invaluable addition to the chamber council’s repertoire and we’re very happy to announce his involvement.”
Rogerson said he was thrilled to be elected. “Manchester is home to some fantastic, thriving businesses and I’m eager to begin work with the GMCC to support these businesses.”
The Chamber Council takes representatives from all of the Chamber’s Local Councils, sector committees and Employer Skills Groups in addition to a number of elected members and invited attendees chosen for their area of expertise.
Members represent the key sectors in Greater Manchester and include representatives from such companies as O2, Kelloggs, MAN and a host of SMEs.
