Deltabase, a fast-scaling AI platform, is moving its headquarters to Liverpool from London.
The group, founded in 2019 by former Accenture, PwC, and Microsoft executives — Phil Spratt (CEO), Alastair Whiteley, and David Rowe – says it will be positioning itself as one of the North’s “most ambitious, globally-focused technology companies.”
“We believe the next generation of globally significant tech companies can, and should, be built in the North,” said Phil Spratt, CEO and co-founder of Deltabase.
“As a University of Liverpool graduate, I know first-hand the talent and potential in this city. We’re not just relocating — we’re building a global AI success story from here.”

Deltabase uses next-generation AI to transform how global consulting and enterprise strategy teams stay ahead of competitive threats. It’s already trusted by a number of the world’s biggest management consulting firms.
“The Northern tech scene has momentum — but we think there’s room for more globally ambitious, AI-first companies leading from the front. We’re here to build one of them,” added Spratt.
