Kaizen has appointed Kristi Hoyle as its new Managing Director, as the agency prepares to roll out a refreshed strategic direction focused on AI-driven performance marketing.
Hoyle steps into the role following four years in Kaizen’s senior leadership team, most recently serving as Chief Operations Officer. She takes over at a turning point for the agency, which has offices in Manchester and London, which is repositioning itself to meet the demands of a fast-evolving digital landscape shaped by rapid developments in AI.
“This is a pivotal moment for Kaizen,” Hoyle said. “We’re experiencing seismic shifts in the marketing landscape right now and I’m hugely excited to lead Kaizen as we take our new AI-driven proposition to market in this next phase of growth.”

As part of the leadership shake-up, Kaizen founder Pete Campbell has returned to the business in a newly created Strategy Director role. Campbell, who previously stepped back from day-to-day operations, will now work closely with Hoyle and the senior team to guide the agency’s long-term direction.
“Kristi’s energy, proven track record and vision of the performance marketing agency of the future makes her the perfect person to lead Kaizen into this next phase of its growth,” said Campbell.
Founded in 2013 and headquartered in London, Kaizen has built its reputation on digital PR and SEO, with clients including LEGO, adidas and Co-Op Bank. The agency is expected to unveil further details of its expanded proposition later this month, with plans to incorporate Agentic AI into its core services.
