Journey Further wins performance brief for L’Oréal-backed beauty start-up Noli

Journey Further has announced a new partnership with L’Oréal Group-backed start-up Noli, following a competitive pitch process.

The performance brand agency, which has offices in Leeds, Manchester, London and New York, will deliver an integrated digital growth strategy for the newly launched beauty tech brand. The brief spans SEO, PPC, paid social, digital PR and social creative.

Founded in 2024 by Amos Susskind and Maëlle Gasc, Noli is aiming to simplify the beauty industry by helping consumers make better, more personalised product choices. The platform is supported by the world’s largest beauty company, L’Oréal, and combines scientific expertise with advanced AI to offer what it describes as a “one-of-a-kind” personalised experience. Its name – No One Like I – reflects that focus on individuality.

From our very first conversations, it was clear that there was a strong values alignment and a shared ambition to do work that not only delivers results but also drives innovation. That’s the kind of collaboration we love.”
