My Clever Group has announced changes to its board, with Nicky Hoyland becoming CEO and Gareth Mobley the executive chairman.
Chris Chapman has also been appointed Chief Operating Officer ahead of multi-million pound growth plans for 2021.
Hoyland is the co-founder of tech challenger brand DBLX and was previously Chief Commercial Officer of My Clever, which has an office in Manchester.
“Nicky is the expert and driving force in what we do,” said Mobley, who was previously CEO. “She is the face of MCG and DBLX and knows the workings of our business inside out.
“As a true leader, Nicky is driving positive change across the HR tech industry, providing practical advice and solutions for many businesses as well as our own.
