Holly Health partners with Social Sense to grow across region

Social Sense and Holly Health have signed a strategic partnership to scale the digital health app’s service throughout the North West.

The digital platform provides personalised coaching to support users in developing sustainable health habits across nutrition physical activity, sleep, and mental wellbeing. 

Social Sense’s role will be to engage with local voluntary organisations, public health teams and primary care commissioners across the region to integrate Holly Health’s solution into existing pathways.

Holly Health says the platform has been shown to reduce pressure on NHS services, with data indicating that users required “0.22 fewer GP appointments during an eight-week period, with the potential to save 1.4 appointments per user per year.”

“Their digital coaching platform perfectly complements our work in behaviour change and community engagement,” added Gary Lovatt, CEO of Social Sense.

“By combining our local expertise with their innovative technology, we can create a powerful approach to improving health outcomes across our region.”

Holly Health’s platform is already being used by over 60,000 people in more
than 180 NHS primary care partnerships nationwide. 

This new partnership aims to support at least 10,000 North West residents in its first year.
