A Newcastle-based performance marketing agency is powering its growth plans with the recruitment of a specialist business development consultancy.
The Digital Lighthouse, which was launched by 28-year-old Tom Chandler in 2024, has hired Scott Holland Consulting to assist with its strategic expansion.
Despite being just 12 months old, The Digital Lighthouse already has strong backing from the industry in the form of non-exec and investor, current Tangent CEO, Leigh Gammons.

The agency has also won a raft of high-profile clients including chartered wealth managers Fairstone and recruited six new team members in the first year. Having already secured a permanent office base on Newcastle’s Quayside, the agency is ‘on target’ to double its staff to 12 number across 2025 and 2026.
Scott Holland Consulting, also based in the North East, is a specialist growth and business development consultancy, led and founded by seasoned business growth expert, Scott Holland.
