Manchester digital marketing agency RUN2 has been appointed by British outerwear brand Protected Species to manage its PPC, SEO and social media.

Protected Species was launched in 2014 by Rebecca McElligot and the designs have been featured in the national press.

RUN2 was initially approached to run the company’s social media, but this subsequently led to the agency being appointed to undertake all elements of the company’s digital marketing strategy.

McElligot said: "RUN2 are the only digital agency I have come across which understood my business direction right from the start. I have been involved with many agencies over the years, and it is rare to find one which expertly fuses all crucial marketing disciplines under one roof.

“Fun, friendly and totally switched on - I would recommend RUN2 to anyone.”

Dave Nicoll, Head of Social at RUN2, added: “We are delighted to be working with a genuinely innovative British brand like Protected Species, as we look to help them further develop both their brand, and digital strategy.

“Our initial brand development sessions with Rebecca and the team have already produced some really exciting ideas, and we cannot wait to begin developing them further. “The output from these sessions will be used to inform our wider digital strategy, encompassing web design and build, SEO, PPC, email and social to position Protected Species as a true market leader.”
