UKFast has created a new service to combat cybersecurity breaches and attacks.
It comes after statistics showed that almost half of all UK businesses identified at least one such attack in the last 12months. That increased to 66% for medium firms and 68% for large ones.
“Without the proper protocols, business owners put themselves and their customers at risk. It makes perfect sense for businesses to bring their security arrangements and their hosting together under one roof,” said CEO, Lawrence Jones.
“We’ve pioneered a range of security features within our managed services because, as a hosting provider, it’s our responsibility to keep customers online wherever possible.”
UKFast claims Threat Monitoring continuously analyses data, intelligently distinguishing between potential security breaches and normal activity.
“It’s incredibly important for eCommerce businesses to demonstrate they’re meeting certain standards when it comes to data privacy and security. Threat Monitoring flags a number of key factors which could prevent firms from retaining their PCI compliance standard,” he continued.
