Journey Further welcomes former Havas and Decoded CEOs to advisory board

Frampton

Leeds-headquartered performance marketing agency Journey Further has announced that Paul Frampton and Peter Dolukhanov have joined the company’s advisory board to help strategically grow the business.

Frampton (above) is President of CvE and formerly CEO of Havas Group, while Dolukhanov is CEO of Decoded Consulting and former Group CTO of Karmarama. They will work closely with co-founders Robin Skidmore, Matt Kwiecinski and Chris Rowett to drive the success of the agency.

Frampton will predominantly advise on culture and diversity as well as driving growth strategy, while Dolukhanov’s focus will be on the technology required to support the agency’s existing clients and future growth.

Since launching in January 2017, Journey Further has grown from three to 60 staff and worked with clients including Sky, PrettyLittleThing, Evans Cycles and Villa Plus.

CEO Skidmore said: “As we look to the future, I’m delighted to welcome Paul and Peter to the board. Their track record working in the world’s biggest media and technology companies will provide invaluable insight as we strive forward with our mission of delivering Clarity at Speed for the world’s leading brands.”

Frampton added: “Journey Further has proven the power of redefining the agency model, putting culture first and recruiting senior in-house talent who can truly empathise with client challenges. It’s a pleasure to join Robin and the team at this exciting point in their journey.”

Dolukhanov said: “When it comes to performance marketing, the challenges faced by both brands and agencies are complex and wide-ranging. There is a rapid pace of innovation within this sector and I am looking forward to bringing my technology and agency experience to such an open-minded and fast-growing company; helping them utilise technology to solve problems internally and to deliver excellence for their clients.”

In the last 12 months Journey Further launched a Manchester office and appointed Ed Blakeway as Head of Programmatic and Paid Social. It also launched a conversion optimisation offering led Jonny Longden, former Head of Digital Optimisation at Sky.
