A new marketing consultancy has launched with a mission to help brands better harness the power of their customer data and marketing technology.
Pathway, founded by a trio of award-winning CRM and MarTech specialists, is already supporting ambitious e-commerce and retail brands across the UK. The consultancy is led by co-founders Jason Peters, Olly Fray, and Jamie Evawin, who bring complementary expertise across CRM strategy, UX and CRO, data architecture, and marketing technology implementation.
Jason, a Bloomreach Ambassador and former Head of CRM, said: “We started Pathway to bridge the gap we kept seeing between strategy and technical delivery. Too often, brands invest in powerful tools but struggle to activate them in meaningful ways. We help them connect the dots – from insight to execution.”
Technical data and integrations expert Olly added: “The problem isn’t a lack of data – it’s that it lives in silos and never gets used properly. Our job is to cut through the noise and get the plumbing right, so marketers can actually do the clever stuff they’ve been promised.”
Jamie, formerly of EM-Code (previously Code Computerlove), is a leading UX and CRO expert with experience optimising digital experiences for brands including Highstreetvouchers.com, Hillarys Blinds, and Amnesty International.
Pathway offers services across CRM strategy, CDP and tag management, GA4 migrations, CRO, analytics, and marketing automation. Clients can access support via fixed-cost projects, retainers or flexible ad hoc engagements. The consultancy is already partnered with platforms including Bloomreach and Attentive.

With a combined background that includes building a marketing data warehouse for more than 20 million customers and launching award-winning campaigns using platforms like Movable Ink, the team blends insight, creativity and technical depth. Although Pathway works nationally, the team is rooted in the North with offices in Stockport.
“We’re proud to be part of the thriving Northern tech scene,” added Peters. “There’s huge potential here, and we’re excited to help businesses scale with smarter customer engagement.”
