Context Public Relations has been reappointed by Informa Telecoms and Media to handle the PR for this year’s Broadband World Forum.

The Macclesfield agency, which also worked on the event last year, will work with a number of exhibitors on their PR and content programmes in the lead up to the conference, to be held in London in October.

The event brings together fixed and mobile broadband operators, governments and regulators to debate the latest developments in network innovation and the future of the industry.

Frank Smith, managing director of Context said: “After the success of last year’s BBWF in Amsterdam we will be aiming to keep up momentum to build interest in the London event and support the press, exhibitors and speakers.”

The 2014 event attracted almost 8,000 visitors and more than 440 operators.
