Connectivity fund available for Manchester businesses

vaioniCloud specialist Vaioni is offering Manchester businesses help to get online with a ‘connectivity fund’ of up to a £3,000.

MD of Vaioni, Sachin Vaish said more businesses than ever are suffering from poor internet speeds and increased demands to adopt the latest technologies and applications from employees, customers and suppliers to be competitive in the marketplace.

He explained the thinking behind the fund: “As a Manchester business too, it is important to me that businesses across the Manchester region are able to thrive in a competitive economic climate and have the same access to fast and reliable internet connectivity as businesses in other regions such as London.

“More businesses are adopting cloud services and home working and this puts pressure on the IT departments to provide high quality internet connectivity at the HQ and branch offices. With the fund we have access to, we can help businesses make quicker decisions to better their business technology.”

Earlier this year, Vaioni became the the first firm to receive investment from the new Greater Manchester Loan Fund.

That fund was established in August by the Association of Greater Manchester Authorities, and is being managed by Maven Capital Partners.

Salford based Vaioni, which was established in 2001, provides a range of cloud-based services to businesses across the UK, Europe and South Africa.
