North West sportswear brand Castore has agreed a multi-year kit deal with Lancashire Cricket from the 2025 season onwards.
Under the new deal, Castore will become the official kit supplier and exclusive retail partner of Lancashire Cricket, with the kits – which will be introduced in April – featuring the club’s iconic red rose logo.
The new designs, which will include the famous Castore wings branding, will be unveiled in time for both Lancashire Men’s and Women’s first domestic fixtures of the season.
Castore will be supplying Lancashire’s Men’s and Women’s kits for the Vitality Blast and Metro Bank One-Day Cup, in addition to the Men’s Rothesay County Championship and the training kit for both squads.
Lancashire chief executive Daniel Gidney said: “Castore is a local brand who have built up an impressive portfolio, working to provide playing kit across several top-class professional sports clubs around the world.
“We are looking forward to unveiling our bespoke men’s and women’s Castore playing kits to members and supporters ahead of the season starting in April.”
Castore is already kit partner to a number international and domestic cricket teams, including the England men’s and women’s teams, New Zealand Cricket and several of the First-Class counties.
Founded in the Wirral in 2016 by brothers and former athletes Tom and Phil Beahon, Castore has grown to become globally recognised, working with some of the world’s most popular sports, from Football to Formula One.
Castore founding partner Tom Beahon, whose brother and co-founder Phil used to play for Lancashire, said: “We’re really excited to partner with Lancashire, a club that is close to our hearts – especially [my brother], being his former club. It is also close to our business in Manchester and we both have strong ambitions to continue to promote cricketing excellence at the elite level and through grassroots participation.
“It’s a pleasure to work with Lancashire and develop our relationship with another key part of the cricketing community. We think it’s a brilliant time to be bolstering our presence in cricket, as summer approaches and the UK plays host to some incredible international fixtures before the Men’s Ashes Tour later this year.”
