Lucy Dimes, the Chief Executive Officer of Glasgow-based Iomart, is to leave the listed company.
It comes just a few days after it was announced that the AIM-listed group was rebranding as Atech.
In a statement to the Stock Exchange, the cloud services company said that Chair, Richard Last, would become Executive Chair “with immediate effect” while it recruits a new CEO.
Last will be supported by CFO, Scott Cunningham, Ryan Langley CEO of Atech and Angus MacSween, Non-Executive Director and founder of iomart.
“The Board would like to thank Lucy for all her work in helping to reposition iomart’s business to more fully address the opportunities in the Public and Private Cloud and Security markets.”
Dime joined Iomart as independent non-executive chair in August 2022, before moving into the CEO role a year later.

At the start of the month, iomart confirmed that it was rebranding as Atech, following its “game-changing” £57m acquisition of the Microsoft Solutions Partner.
It stated that the “brand unification reflects the Group’s commitment to delivering a more integrated and client-focused proposition.”
Dimes said at the time:
“This step is not just a branding name change, it is a further step in our transformation. By uniting the strengths of two exceptional cloud brands under one, we are simplifying how we present ourselves to the world and sharpening how we communicate with our stakeholders, all underpinning our growth strategy.”
In today’s announcement iomart said it would publish full year results for the year ended 31 March 2025 in late June 2025 and there had been “no material change to trading since the pre-close trading update announced on 23 April 2025.”
