Card Factory win for Manchester PR agency

Card Factory has appointed a Manchester agency to handle its consumer PR, following a competitive pitch.

The retailer has turned to Brazen to raise its profile and drive awareness and downloads of its newly-launched app.

“We’re so excited to be working with Card Factory,” said Sasha Marks, Director, Brazen.

“The gifting market has exploded over the last year as consumers looked for ways to connect with friends and family from afar, and it’s only going to get bigger as we move out of lockdown as consumers make up for lost time with belated celebrations. The key, for us, will be to put Card Factory and its app, at the heart of those occasions with big, personality-led PR campaigns.”

The agency will work on national and regional PR and influencer activations, to drive web traffic, app downloads and footfall to stores. It will also offer a full press office service.

“It’s an exciting time in Card Factory’s journey with the stores reopening and the launch of our new app,” added Charlotte Wakerell, Brand, Campaign and PR Manager.
