BBC Sport and Radio 5 live at MediaCityUK have announced their plans for covering the Winter Olympics at Sochi next year.
200 hours of network television coverage is set to be provided alongside radio and up to 6 online streams to cover all events.

The extensive coverage across TV, radio, digital and online, coupled with our superb presenting line-up, offers audiences the unparalleled coverage of a major sporting event that they expect from us,” Barbara Slater, director of BBC Sport.
“I’m delighted that we are once again able to bring every moment live to audiences, building on the success of our coverage of the Summer Games in London.”
The Sochi-based presenting team is Clare Balding, Hazel Irvine and Jonathan Edwards, who will be live every day between 7am and 7pm on BBC Two and BBC Two HD. There will then be a daily highlights programme.
The reporters are Matthew Pinsent, Jason Mohammad, Nick Hope and Ollie Williams, while skeleton bobsleigh gold medalist, Amy Williams will be joining a team of pundits which include Paul Dickenson, Colin Bryce, Wilf O’Reilly, Robin Cousins and current Cardiff Devils’ coach, Brent Pope. On the slopes, will be Graham Bell, Matt Chilton and Emma Carrick-Anderson as well as Ski Sunday’s Ed Leigh and Tim Warwood.
All of Team GB’s medal moments will be broadcast live on BBC Radio 5 live. Its team presenting team features Chris Mitchell, Eleanor Oldroyd and Will Perry
Jamie Broughton will be live from Russia for Radio 5 live to report on Paralympic GB’s medal prospects.
Plans for Red Button services have yet to be released.
Ahead of the Games, Inspire: The Olympic Journey, will feature some of Great Britain’s Olympic hopefuls, while Ski Sunday returns next week with Graham Bell and Ed Leigh.
