Asda Mobile appoints THG’s Ingenuity Commerce

Asda Mobile has named a new lead digital partner and retained public relations agency.

It said the move marked a “step-change” for the brand, as it sought to develop its marketing and communications strategy and deliver “ambitious growth” in the mobile market place.

The lead digital partner is THG plc’s Ingenuity Commerce, which has been hired to provide digital and creative content and performance marketing across all its digital channels, including social, PPC, SEO and affiliates.

“Developing connections between brands and consumers sits at the heart of Ingenuity’s complete commerce solution,” said Vivek Ganotra, CEO of Ingenuity.

“Our marketing capabilities are a fundamental part of our solution ensuring that brands achieve their desired market positioning, retaining existing customers and acquiring new customers to grow market share. We are delighted to be partnering with Asda to bring our strategic marketing expertise to the brand as we move forward into Q4 and beyond.”

Asda Mobile has also named London’s Cow as its retained PR agency – the agency already works for the main Asda brand.
