The company has appointed senior technologist Spencer Clarkson to the newly created role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to deliver the transformation project, which will be delivered in conjunction with Salesforce, Natterbox and SnapLogic.

In his new role, Clarkson will also be tasked with optimising the group’s existing technology platforms.
