durhamlane is continuing to add to its board, with the appointment of Matt Sims as non-executive director.

Sims was the former CEO of the UK and South Africa at Teleperformance, having spent almost 8 years at the customer experience management company.

He’s also held senior positions at Sykes Global Services and Sitel.

“We’re very excited to have Matt on board. The results he’s achieved in his career speak for themselves and we’re really looking forward to working with him to help durhamlane continue to grow,” said Lee Durham, Co-Founder & Chief Revenue Officer of durhamlane.

Sims’ arrival comes just a month after the North East agency appointed Martin Moran as Chairman.

“I am delighted to have the opportunity to work with both Lee and Richard [Lane Co-founder and CEO] in such a dynamic and entrepreneurial business,” explained Sims.

“The professional services that durhamlane provide to their customers offer true strategic business value, and I am excited to have the opportunity to help them on their business journey.”
