FIG has been appointed by SRL Traffic Systems, one of the country’s leading mobile intelligent transport system (ITS) firms, to support its growth plans as it builds its presence throughout the UK and Ireland.
Glossop-based FIG’s first activity has been an integrated programme promoting the 150% growth of SRL’s variable message sign (VMS) fleet and its team expansion.
The initial campaign achieved blanket coverage across the traffic management trade press and included social media and email marketing.
It will be followed by initiatives to help raise the profile of the Cheshire (Middlewich) firm and build awareness of the diversity of its ITS solutions and services.
SRL’s commercial director, Alison Spooner, said: “It’s unusual to find an agency with such expertise in the ITS sector, and this allows FIG a unique understanding of our technology and how best to promote our offer within this extremely competitive market. Its industry contacts are second-to-none.”
