The 2020 Educate North Awards will now take place on 30th September 2020.

The awards, which celebrate the region’s university, further education and sixth forms, will take place at the Hilton Hotel in Manchester.

“In light of government advice over Coronavirus and to protect our teams and guests it was essential to make this change,” said founder, Rob McLoughlin.

“The event is a sell-out and we hope the new date will see nominees and supporters come together to mark the success of this sector at this very difficult time for the North and the country.”

The awards also include the University Entrepreneurs Grant, where 4 students will pitch a  business idea to the audience and one will walk away with a cash prize and a chance to be mentored.

The awards are supported by Prolific North alongside Heart Yorkshire, Smooth North West and Smooth North East, The Masood Enterprise Centre at University of Manchester, CCL Digital, Voiceworks AI and Communicorp UK.
