Maxweb has worked alongside Ghost Software to create an app, which it believes will “revolutionise” the property sector.
The management tool aims to streamline traditional administration processes, so that property businesses and tenants can create quick and easy property inventories.
“The app will boast a number of key functions that will make the administration processes involved when renting a property easier for all parties involved including tenants, landlords and estate agents, and Ghost Software is thrilled to be the first to pioneer its functions,” explained Maxweb director, Mark Ainsworth.
“The app allows the user to create a full inventory of any property before tenants move in and complete periodic inspections easily by having the move in data to hand ahead of check outs.”
Development has been undertaken over the last 12 months.
