Leeds agency Brawl is expanding into the US with a social media campaign for global technology firm Genesys.

The campaign aims to build brand awareness and educate small businesses across the States on the benefits of cloud-based marketing software. It will use a combination of paid and earned activity across LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook.

Rachael Royds, global social media director at Genesys, said: “Brawl has a solid track record in our UK market and we welcomed their thorough approach to marketing to our audience in the US. The campaign uses engaging content to bring our brand and products to life.”

Genesys supports over 10,000 companies in over 100 countries and is the contact centre industry’s leading provider of customer experience platforms.

Martin Jones, managing director of Brawl, added: “As we have grown across Europe and the Middle East we’ve earned valuable insight into the nuances of international campaigns. This experience is vital as we expand in the US to meet our global ambitions.”

Brawl recently announced it had doubled its team in London to support growth plans. It continues to benefit from international expansion, working with clients ranging from Depuy to Audible and Superdrug.
