The Market Creative wins retained brief with Plumbase

The Market Creative has won a retained marketing brief with Plumbase following a competitive two-way pitch.

The Manchester agency has worked with Plumbase for five years as part its contract with Grafton Merchanting GB (GMGB), which also encompasses the Buildbase, Hirebase and Electricbase brands.

As well as helping develop promotional campaigns and a comprehensive CRM programme, the marketing agency has worked as a strategic partner to the brands under the GMGB umbrella throughout this time.

The new brief will see The Market Creative develop a new brand identity and strategy for Plumbase.

We want plumbing and heating engineers to know that we have everything they need from product range and availability to advice and help in branch.”
