Grain builds marketing campaign for North Point Global
Property development company, North Point Global, has brought in Grain to promote sales of its apartments in Liverpool.
Manchester-based Grain will be working across inbound marketing, marketing automation and paid digital advertising to drive investors and buyers to its properties, including the £200m New Chinatown development.
“Liverpool is experiencing a growing demand for new property, as digital industries and entrepreneurs flock to the Northern Powerhouse. World-renowned academic institutions also continue to attract thousands of students,” said Simon Clarke of North Point Global.
