York holiday homes provider launches biggest ever marketing campaign

York-based Park Leisure has launched its biggest ever personalised marketing campaign to encourage purchases of its luxury holiday homes across its 12 UK parks.

The 10-week integrated national campaign, entitled ‘Your Autumn Escape is Here’, is focused around Park Leisure’s new VIP experiences, inviting prospective customers to enjoy a complimentary lodge experience day.

The campaign is tailored to each park and targets an audience of over 500,000 contacts through eCRM and direct mail and will be supported by the regional sales teams based at the brand’s luxury holiday home parks.

The campaign has been spearheaded by newly appointed head of marketing, Lisa Williams, who joined the business earlier this year from Nisa Retail.

She said: “The business is in a substantial growth period and we wanted to up the ante with this year’s autumn campaign.

“Our parks are open 12 months a year for holiday use, so autumn is an important season for us and communicating the luxury lifestyle on offer all year round is a key part of our strategy. This, combined with the support of our experienced sales team, allows us to introduce the exclusive Park Leisure offering to a new audience.”

The company operates 12 parks in country and coastal settings including Northumberland, Cornwall, Lancashire, Herefordshire, North Wales and North Yorkshire.
