At Jaywing we are looking for a Account Executive to join our retail team. To support account managers senior account managers and account directors in the day-to-day delivery of client accounts, assisting in the effective implementation on all projects and the meeting of client expectations. Key responsibilities include the day-to-day internal handling of projects both on and off line, reporting on a daily basis to the relevant Account Manager/Senior Account Manager/Account Director and when called upon, attend client meetings with other members of the client services team.

As an Account Manager, key responsibilities include the management of all project resources and costs, maintenance of positive client relationships, and the representation of the client within the agency.

We're looking for a Digital Account Director. You will be the senior contact for clients within the agency, overseeing everything that we do to ensure work is delivered to a high quality and in line with the client requirements and our own values. You will build close relationships with decision-makers and in-depth knowledge of the client, their industry and their goals. You will be responsible for ensuring that the full armoury of Jaywing’s specialisms is deployed as effectively and efficiently as possible to ensure these goals are met.
