In this role, you’ll work closely with the Senior Team, shaping the strategy for client and sector propositions.Leading the senior team in the creation of overall division proposition, you’ll be the driving force behind its evolution. It’ll be up to you to make sure the strategy team is proactive with new business, as well as existing-client roadmaps, which fuel and inform client development.
As Jaywing’s Business Development Director, your main objective is to generate GP growth in the Financial/Professional services vertical. You’ll need to maximise close rates, and nurture a prospect network, all while continually improving opportunity qualification, and pitch delivery. Working closely with the Demand Generation Manager, who creates an active pipeline of prospects, it’ll be your job to qualify these prospects in or out of the pitch process, and maximise close rate by employing your own consultative selling techniques.
