Liverpool agency Kenyon Fraser has acquired design firm Gavin and Page as it looks to strengthen its creative offer.
Three staff have moved over from Gavin and Page, as will clients including Enersys, DFSK, CCI as well as NHS and other public sector organisations.

Gavin and Page, which has been in operation since 1981, wanted to support clients with a greater range of services.
The value of the deal was not disclosed.
